In this position you will be the contact person for our national and international customers and agents. You work together with your colleagues from sales, planning and production to convert customer requests into offers and sales contracts. You monitor the planning of deliveries with our production sites and expedition and you keep the sales forecasts up to date. Furthermore, you ensure efficient complaint handling. The administrative processing of orders in our ERP package is part of your daily tasks.
You are part of a team of 8 colleagues, which means that you support and replace each other when necessary. Your work location is Rijsenhout, close to Schiphol Airport. This is a full-time position.

We are looking for a colleague who shares our passion for flowers and plants.
You have excellent communication skills and are also customer and result oriented.
Other competencies are stress resistant, flexible and accurate.
We are looking for candidates who
– Have a working and thinking level at MBO4 / HBO level, obtained through education and/or experience;
– a good command of the Dutch and English languages, fluency in German is an advantage;
– Be proficient with MS Office, ERP and CRM systems.
